IL CERVO
At Casa Newton, expect the height of Italian cuisine. Originally from Rome, our talented chef, Sara, and her partner, Sabina, moved to Tuscany to open their own restaurant. On the heels of that success, the couple is now bringing reimagined sustainability-centric cooking to Il Cervo, our on-site dining space. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all the food is organic and sourced, where possible, from our kitchen garden and other local businesses.
THE BAR
Indulge in the tipple of your choice at the Casa Newton Bar in the main villa. The vintage atmosphere is warm and welcoming, although you can enjoy your drink anywhere on the grounds.
Orto
One of Tuscany’s joys is the high-quality produce, which we love to share with our guests. In addition to sourcing the finest ingredients from local businesses in Tuscany, we pick our own from the fruit orchards and vegetable garden at Casa Newton. You can discover these places for yourself during your stay.
