Casa Newton consists of 9 rooms and suites across 3 floors of the historic villa and 2 panoramic garden suites in the former farm buildings.
From tastings at the finest local wineries to bike tours along world-famous gravel trails, cheesemaker visits, and cooking classes centred around our vegetable garden, Casa Newton encapsulates everything that makes the Val d’Orcia spellbinding.
Indulgence and locally sourced foods are at the heart of our dining experience. You will discover Tuscany’s delicacies our chef has reimagined in the gourmet breakfast buffet, poolside lunch, and elegant dinner under the pergola.
Sharing the same proprietors as Casa Newton, Fabbrica Pienza produces wines with a sense of place in a purpose-built winery that is at one with the natural surroundings. Wine and olive oil tastings are available daily.
